HVW condo owners wishing to rent or lease, are encouraged to list their rental unit on this page. Information about the rental unit should include the unit number, the rental period, owner or agent contact information and one photo.
Email your rental information to hello@heritagevillagewest.com. Once the unit is rented, remove the listing by contacting hello@heritagevillagewest.com.
Rental units in the community are subject to Heritage Village West policy and regulations.

1. No unit may be rented for less than three months;
2. No unit may be rented more than twice in one calendar year;
3. Owners are not permitted to lease their unit during the first two years of ownership.
4. No person may own more than two HVW units.
